Absolutely crap, the cat on...

Liked: Shower and sky tv
Disliked: The welcome and the fact that they took payment from the credit card when it clearly stated on the website when booking that it wouldn't be. When we arrived there was no hello, the milk and key were pushed towards my wife without a word.You don't assume that payment is being made via credit card, just bloody rude!
