Over priced and run down

Disliked: no hot water in shower. rooms showing their age. very high traffic and train noise. Definitely not value for money wish I had booked elsewhere

Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t quite match the impression given by the photos, and in reality, it felt rather tired and worn.Our door was very difficult to open and close, and the shower was barely working — we were unable to properly wash. Although the staff were polite and kind, they weren’t able to offer a solution.There were also some sticky marks on the bedside table, which suggests the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, as it was quite uncomfortable. However, I do want to emphasize that the staff were genuinely sweet and helpful.

The hotel itself was lovely...

Liked: Our room was facing the back of the hotel so it was lovely to find a communal balcony at front of property.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great its a four item breakfast + add any type of egg I ordered scrambled they we full of salt.

A good place for a...

Liked: I immediately liked the size of the room, the comfortable bed, and the two seating areas in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dinner in the hotel's own restaurant left nothing open to be desired; the food was delicious, and the value for money was okay. All in all, a pleasant overnight stay.
