Liked: The property was very nice neat very upscale and convenient
Disliked: The staff was rude did not have any information. The only person that was able to help me was the concierge people are checking in staff did not have a clue what they were talking about. The manager was rude. The check-in person who checked me in stressed me out to the point that I wanted to cancel my booking and lose money. When I got ready to leave the checkout person was in confident as well.The staff was rude did not have any information. Disliked: It sucks that we had to put $400 then we had to pay 69 per day for parking lot that’s $69. I couldn’t spend it with my family somewhere else, apartments too old and dirty carpet sofas dirty and bathroom dirty to be honest the money that we spent for a dirty apartment and they charge us 69 per day was not worth it. I don’t recommend nobody.
