Liked: The view from our room was lovely. Bathroom was nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable. Heating was great in bedroom and bathroom. Dinner was delicious. Wait staff were lovely.
Disliked: Lack of lighting in bedroom. There were lamps which provided some light but no overhead light.

Liked: Lovely spacious, comfortable room and friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Perhaps the pool and spa facilities are a little dated but still a welcome treat at the end of an tiring journey

Liked: Good well maintained rooms, though some parts looked aged. Courteous staff overall. Good location and ample parking.
Disliked: Pool and changing rooms maintenance didn't match rest of the hotel. Room Window hinges were weak.At check in, I was told breakfast was included by the staff (even after I rechecking, as my booking didn't say so). Next day morning (6 of us) we came in for breakfast and was told it was additional charge. Later in the day, when I expressed my experience to the lady at reception the response was casual 'I did say, but I don't know why I said so, sorry'.
