Very good

Liked: I like the friendly staff and the River pool.
Disliked: The rooms are too small for the price they charge per night.

My stay was very disappointing.

Disliked: Dirty, staff were rude and discriminatory. The game room was literally in the attic with no air conditioning and half of the video games were out of service. Room had webs in them and couldn’t use the patio due to hornets nest on the ceiling. Ended up leaving after 1 full night there. Not family recommended

Liked: beautiful location and very relaxing. Definitely feels like a resort.
Disliked: I got charged more than the price i was quoted

Liked: Very wide range, different activities, events were great, some things are free some aren’t though, but me and my fiancé loved it !!!

Wonderful

Liked: Love the Kingsmill! It’s perfect for a family weekend away. The staff were all exceptional! Especially Charles and the pool staff who go above and beyond to make your visit fantastic.

Liked: I really liked the location of everything and all the amenities that were available
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that Everton closed so early especially the smaller pools that were located around the cottages I mean people want to do things throughout the day and then come back and hangout on the pool and those pools closing at dark was very inconvenient
