Pleasant

Liked: Lovely quirky building, not as big as the photo looks. Friendly staff at reception. Clean comfy room.The fridge in the room is very handy.
Disliked: Breakfast was included, but I wish I hadn't bothered. Basic layout of items left unattended in a room. The first slice of bread had mould, and the individually wrapped crossiant that I first picked up was out of date. Run out of butter, but no one around to ask for replacement. This is what let the hotel down. NB. Parking is around the corner in a communal carpark and payable by the hour between 10am & 4.30pm. The bar closes at 7.30pm.

Liked: It gas a very central Retford location. My room overlooked the park which was out in full blossom and lovely
