Great hotel for the Norfolk...

Liked: The room was very spacious and overlooked the garden. It was very clean and the staff everywhere were great, really friendly and helpful. The facilities are great at this place, including the pool and sauna, tennis court etc. Wish I'd had longer there to take advantage of it all. The buffet breakfast was delicious and always kept topped up with as much as we could eat.
Disliked: My only gripe was that after our room was cleaned on the second day, we were left only with a little bit of toilet roll, as no more had been provided. I ended up having to go and ask reception for a loo roll, which is not something I expect to do in a hotel as nice as this one.

Liked: Pool sauna and steam room were nice. Food and the service in the restaurant were excellent as were the reception staff. Bathroom was spacious
Disliked: Window in room 31 didn't open/close easily and the noise from the road was annoying.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly staff, the kids loved the pool, great food at the Farmers, delicious breakfast. Really comfortable room and bed for some very tired parents, loved the terrace so we could sit outside whilst the kids were asleep. Everything seemless, we loved it
Disliked: Nothing, everything amazing

Liked: Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, just a lovely place to stay.
Disliked: There was no toilet brush in the toilet.When we having our evening meal in the restaurant, the food was lovely, however when we were asked if would like to see the dessert menu, we said yes, but the young lady never brought it, so we had to go and get it our selves, we sat and waited and waited but no one came back to us , so feeling slightly annoyed, we got up and went and paid. Was disappointed regarding the lack of service there, they were not busy , the girl in question was actually standing where the dessert menus were.
