Liked: Staff really welcoming, pub on site had varied menu
Disliked: Room and facilities very dated and in need of renovation, there was a coach party staying so only buffet self serve available. Felt overpriced for standards

Liked: Lovely gardens and convenient location. Hotel common areas and room were clean
Disliked: Room shabby for the price with peeling wallpaper and broken skirting. Could feel the springs through the mattress. Spa changing rooms dirty and smelled of urine by the evening. Very poor value compared to similar places we have stayed
