Disliked: They didn’t refill the soda machine and I had no car to go get a drink. They didn’t change towels or give coffee refills or dump trash

Disliked: Bugs found in the room crawling on the ceiling and furniture. Over all Worn and outdated . White hand towels were dengy and looked dirty.

Disliked: Check in girls had no clue how to check someone in and said I'd have to contact Booking.com to straighten it out. I waited on the phone for a while. Then the manager came through and he showed them how to do if. Very stressful check in. No apologies from staff for their inadequate lack of training.

Disliked: Shower did not work!Sink was dripping water in the floor from pipes.Air conditioner would not go down below 76TV had satellite that wasn’t hooked upI went to front desk and complained but was told maintenance couldn’t come til following day and they wouldn’t give me any discount or move me due to hotel full. I did take videos for proof.
