Great Value!

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, love the pool and patio, close to Kings Island....great value!
Disliked: The entitlement and attitude of some of the other travelers. It clearly states there is a deposit, refunded at check-out. When you check into a hotel, I was raised it's no different than being a guest in someone's home, don't trash the place, clean up after yourself, be respectful!

Liked: It’s was clean and affordable the other staff members were nice and friendly
Disliked: One of the workers a older lady that was working at the front desk was very rude nasty and acting like a Karen disrespectful she said she’ll called the police just because I was asking questions I will never recommend anyone to that hotel ever

What a sham.

Liked: The lobby was beautiful and the pool was very clean. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom clearly wasn’t cleaned and had roaches crawling in the bathtub. The shower head was clogged as well and barely trickled any water out. The staff was practically non existent as they hid in the office and never answered the phones. We were given 3 towels for our family of 4 and 2 washcloths and when we asked for more they couldn’t give us any.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Very dirty, bugs, blood stains on the carpets, rude staff, holes in the walls,cancelled my stay because they charged my card before check in time and I had my card locked(even though they say they will not charge you until check in), everything is “out of order” mold in the room, just overall a disgusting place to stay.
