Wonderful, relaxing & well secured...

Liked: Am sure it was suffice though, we went to waffle house early right next door.Then, we embarked on to our plan for the day.
Disliked: An uncovered electrical connection over the kitchenette sink???

Perfect size, perfect location, not...

Liked: The room was not very clean at all.. The hide a bed couch was so stained up and gross I didn’t even want my family to sit on it.. the other chairs were super stained… we had a HUGE 2 bedroom mini apartment and it was sooo perfect! However they left us 3 towels… for 7 people.. We did go get more but the front Desk was kinda cranky about it.

All was good. Clean rooms...

Liked: Centrally located for easy access to all Hot Springs has to offer.

What you would expect from...

Liked: The owner was the nicest guy! He was working in the rooms both mornings that we left to go to the horse races. He stopped us and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. We booked a suite, so it had a living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The room was what you would expect with a motel. But it was clean. The AC worked great. The location was nice because it was only half a mile from the horse races so we were able to walk everywhere. We had a nice stay!

Disappointing

Liked: Location was pretty decent that’s about it.
Disliked: Hair all over bed blanket, carpet sticky, very typical foreign ran cheap as I can get by with type place. Though the owner was accommodating enough.
