Very poor

Liked: Back yard for dogs. Location was good.
Disliked: Sheets and toilet were clean but everything else was Old, worn and not too clean. Sink poorly patched. Dusty furniture. Dirty floors. Someone's dirty socks on the floor. A lot of money for a cheap facility. That's aside from the loud sex going on half the night next door.

Liked: It was all amazing, the older man that welcomed me in was one of the most polite and welcoming people I’ve ever met. He really was a great person and representative of kings inn. Very homey feel, more country and relaxed setup. I very much enjoyed this place, great location for stores. Highly recommend.

Worst place I've ever stayed...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Dirty room ,bathroom with disgusting chalk hanging out all over bottom of the sink was leaking water every time u turned on the water, carpet in the room next to the bed had burn spots looks like a great place for drug addicts to hang out.... had to go buy a can of sanitizer and sprayed all over

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: I stayed at the King's Inn Cleveland for four nights and everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed the sitting area in back of the room where I could sit outside in the evening hours. The free coffee in the mornings in the Office was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The free WiFi could be improved. It was rather slow and I ended up using my cell phone as a hotspot to connect to the Internet.
