Liked: The location was ideal. Felt covid safe with the rules in place also. We shall return and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and brighton.
Disliked: No complaints. Only thing was the bar opening time .a bit later than other hotels we've been to.

We left feeling worse than...
Liked: Location was good, easy access to restaurants.
Disliked: The room was dirty and the corridor had an awful smell. Our window was broken. In the middle of the night maintenance had to break down the door next to us as the electric key was not working. The manager hardly had an effort to make us feel better. She offered 20% off our next visit. I would never come back. The £150 we spent, plus £20 on parking was not worth it at all.

Lovely little stay
Liked: The kings hotel was lovely! Great staff my little boy loved the lady on reception:) rooms were lovely super clean just a little hot but that?s not their fault! Will definitely return

Liked: Close to everything. Good to nip across the road to see the sun rise from the beach. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Double room had lovely sash windows but not easy to look at sea view as on a funny angle. Bed a bit hard for me but that's person preference. Was quiet for first two night but on third night had neighbors, the fan in their bathroom was invasive and they were very loud at 6am!! (Not hotels fault). Definitely bring earplugs.

Wouldn?t come back. Rather spend...
Disliked: Paid for breakfast but couldn?t have it Smash up post box outside hotel Nosie house keeping in the morning as we have the hoover cupboard outside our door Tv on the other side of the room couldn?t see it Filled out check in on line for quick contactless arrival to find out you have to fill it in again Asked about car park but receptionist couldn?t tell me if it was full or not
