Two nights travelng alone for...

Liked: Almost everything was just fine. I was impressed by the steel second exit (I do fire safety) I am often asked by my female colleagues if a hotel would feel safe for a woman traveling alone and I give it five stars. Breakfast was fine
Disliked: The tub is very difficult for a person with any kind of leg trouble. very high . not a complaint but they should look at it. Also with humor the instructions on the voucher bag are printed on the back. put them on the frontThese are not complaints

Short stay on our way...

Liked: Good location, price. Easy walk from the bus stop,metro.
Disliked: We had room in new part of the hotel, bed was not comfortable Breakfast was now in the lobby, last time it was in the restaurant.

Liked: Location, washrooms and breakfast.
Disliked: We booked a club room, it was shown as a Premium room however it was an attic

The only Hotel to stay...

Liked: The hotel is close enough to the main station, but also far enough not to have the noise. Staff were friendly and the room excellent.
Disliked: All good

Disliked: More salmon! Yogurt that was plain would have been nice.

Comfortable and Convenient stay in...

Liked: Convenient location for railway & easy walk to main attractions. very warm welcome & all staff helpful & friendly. Comfortable room appreciated the coffee maker. Liked the fact we could choose whether or not to have housekeeping.
Disliked: No ceiling light. It was so dark in the room & the bedside lights just didn’t provide enough illumination for the whole room! Street noise was inevitable being right on the tram line.
