King's Hotel City Stay

Disliked: The hotel doesn’t have a front desk, it uses automated check-in and check-out. However, the machine had issues during check-out. We tried several times but couldn’t get it to work, so had to call for manual assistance.

Liked: Layout of room was perfect, location ideal. Nice perk to be able to restock towels, coffee, etc at your own convenience. Book here, you won't be disappointed.

Liked: Family room is very spacious with a little outdoor area (we were on the first floor).Easy check in with the check in kiosk.Direct access to a nice coffee place on the ground floor.

Liked: Excellent location , minutes all to train station and walkable to town hall. Metro train tram S ban are all nearby. Washer and dryer available in the amenity room at a very reasonable price！
Disliked: Reserve this hotel because the pictures and facilities description showed that there’s a small kitchen area. The fact is you have to pay an additional charges to use it! Quite misleading

Disliked: Room was very small, some noise from adjoining room and street outside but not too bad
