Liked: Room was clean, location is good, staff was so kind.
Disliked: room was cold, when i asked about it reception sent a heater to solve our problem.

OK for my stay, but...

Liked: If you choose not to have your room cleaned (minimum 2 night stays) you get a €10 voucher for drinks and snacks.
Disliked: I booked a double but hotel was overbooked so instead I was offered a single room + a free breakfast and a drink.Breakfast is very simple, and not very tasty.No shower gel, only hand soap provided.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious with extensive choice. Staff were extremely helpful. Courtyard garden was so relaxing.

Liked: Exceptional staff. Please give them all raises - they were attentive, kind, and so helpful. Especially Herr Winkler!
Disliked: The hotels personality seems to be based on the bed decor? Invest in daily cleaning or more affordable breakfast instead. Comfortable room but I had to upgrade - double rooms are TINY. And my friends paid a much higher price for a smaller room by booking directly. Hotel had a youth hostel vibe - get your own toilet paper and voucher cards for no daily cleaning

Liked: I didn't try the breakfast because I didn't have time in the morning, but it's possible to get a 10chf discount if you don't want the cleaning lady to come into the room if you consider the room clean, which is a great gesture! The room is very pretty, functional, well laid out, with a view over the courtyard, so it's quiet, I loved this room. Also, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, so despite the stress I managed to sleep well.
Disliked: The price, I'd say, is a bit too high... and also the profile of the clientele, business groups. I have the impression that during the week it's a hotel that's very popular with professionals, so it doesn't have the atmosphere of a small family on holiday, for example...
