Perfect stop over for journey...

Liked: Position by the river.Quirky decor inside Comfortable bed and big bathroom.
Disliked: The tv was very small. If they are to upgrade it a larger one would be good .Dinner Food was basic slightly pricey but breakfast made up for it…. combined with the surroundings we would go back as a good stop over on our way to Scotland.

Exceptional

Liked: This is our second visit and as before the staff are wonderful and the room was so beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: Nothing.

We found our haven.

Liked: Beautiful pub with gorgeous surroundings. The interior design of the place is like something I’ve never seen it’s so homely and lovely. Staff were brilliant and so down to earth , rooms are spotless and the bed was super comfortable! We ate dinner here and the food is spectacular. Breakfast was also amazing. We didn’t want to leave and will be returning on our next trip.

As good as it gets...

Liked: Very efficient service: all members of staff seemed able to do nearly everything. Quick responses. High-level of friendliness. Attention to detail. Good food.
Disliked: Two more or less moribund were cars parked outside the main door - they'd been there for months and showed it. Odd.
