Liked: THANKS FOR MAKING OUR TIME FEEL SPECIAL.A real pub/hotel with plenty of local people & guests enjoying excellent food and drinks on Friday & Saturday.This is a true measure of the quality of the King's Head.VERY friendly and helpful staff at all times. They could not have done any more for us.The wife got VERY protective of her Garlic Mushroom starter on Friday night. It was SO good.We had a lovely meal with friends on Sunday evening. The food was great for all meals taken.Lovely quiet well-equipped room. Nice to see and use the shutters - very unusual to see them as workable.Nice quiet small car park at the back was good for our dag to sleep overnight'Plenty of good parking just a few steps away.Spent time walking in Kirkbymoorside. A lovely place with a great history.Well worth spending time to see the town and the North York moors.WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.
