Disappointing

Liked: Local was very close to the CBD.
Disliked: The managers were very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. The owners will not put any money to upgrade the motel units which is necessary because they are a little run down.

Disliked: The heat pump was not adjustable, which made it difficult to control the temperature. There was visible mold in the shower and a broken handle in the bathroom, which affected the overall comfort. The cleanliness did not match what was shown in the photos, making the stay feel less than expected.

Liked: Location was fantastic, walking distance to conference centre.
Disliked: The lino in the bathroom was dirty and stained.The cups were dirty. Perhaps check to make sure the dishes have actually been washed.

Disliked: Laminate on table said room gets cleaned every day, but it wasn't cleaned for entire stay, you had to put up the note on the wall by the kitchen on the glass front door for the room to be cleaned, maybe in future the Laminate can explain the guests to do that. Other than that a good stay.
