Great stay

Liked: Location was excellent and close to transport links. Accommodation was great with the bar/restaurant close by.
Disliked: Restaurant/bar could do with an upgrade as the furnishings are looking tired

A good stopover en route...

Liked: Staff on reception and in pub, very cheerful, efficient, and helpful. Clean spacious, bright room. Good bathroom. Good free parking on site. Adjoining pub (where reception located), good value for meal(s). We very much appreciate the check-in time, of 2 pm. Good to have the supermarket, Aldi, and very large B&M store on the complex too. Yet hotel rooms were quiet, very little external noise.

Liked: The location is great.They can offer gluten free meals.(unfortunately I didn't get the chance to try)Nice and quiet, considering we were right next to a drive through McDonald's. The staff were super friendly and helpful.The room was a good size even with the 2 extra beds. The double bed was super comfy, and so was the sofa bed. The pull out extra bed apparently wasn't (but that was the view from the teenager).Air-conditioning took a little bit of a teenage genius to work out.
Disliked: Some small bits that I am sure could easily be rectified. The toilet roll holder had obviously been broken by previous users and needed to be fixed. The bathroom looked clean enough, but there were still random hairs on the wall of the shower.
