Liked: Was a nice stay. Great location, close to the motorway on a long travel up North. the room was clean and the air condition was a great add. The pub belonging to the hotel is very close and had a good range of choice. Convenient parking in front of the hotel

Liked: The room was great for my family and the location to were we were visiting. Facilities on hand
Disliked: We ordered drinks at the bar in the adjoining pub and there was a sign that said discount for people staying in the hotel. We advised the barman and they said that wasn't on offer anymore and dismissed my husband. Even though there is a discount on food and there was a sign clearly saying discount on drinks and it was disregarded and the server was rude in doing so. On the Sunday night we returned to the hotel to find road works happening on the retail park in to the night. Directly outside our window there were 2 huge diggers and a tarmacking machine on constant for hours. I had a 3 and 5yr old who could not sleep and were extremely distressed and upset by the continual loud noise. I messaged the hotel at the time it was happening also to complain as there had been no mention of these works happening during our stay.
