It was a lovely stay,...

Liked: The room was clean and everything was well kept. We enjoyed our stay and lovely music was played downstairs in the pub. Marco gave us an exceptional service and was always there for us during our stay. The food was a 10/10 all the way.

What a wonderful stay!

Liked: We had a very warm welcoming on arrival, made me and my son feel right at home and very comfortable. The location is perfect, you get off the train straight into your hotel!! Lunch was absolutely delicious! All cooked very fresh and the service was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable too :)
Disliked: Felt like the room could do with a little revamp and modernised a little.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff are great,had chicken burger and fish and chips which were delicious and I'm not easily pleased ,nice beer garden aswell,simple room which is all we needed.

Liked: Great location and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: For the price paid, would have expected breakfast, particularly as they do have a kitchen. Stains on the duvet cover and room very small and basic for what they state as ‘superior’.
