Exceptional

Liked: The bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed our get away my girlfriend and I had.
Disliked: I really didn't see anything I didn't like. If I had to pick something the bathroom was old looking and needed some maintenance.

The place was filthy and...

Disliked: The shower and bathroom sink did not drain, it wa also filthy. I will not return to Kings Arms

Good location.

Liked: Way overpriced. The event nearby was used to price gouge.
Disliked: Fitted sheets and new towels. The wash clothes were stained . Their wi-fi and tv channels was horrible.No HD channels. All analog!

Liked: When it comes to Ocean City, you cannot understate the value of location. Well within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and the boardwalk! The pool was perfect for our needs and was not crowded at all! Our bed was comfortable and check-in process was super easy! We definitely plan to come back! Only one tiny afterthought is an office chair for the desk in the room would be fantastic!
Disliked: Lack of place to hang clothes or towels.
