Disliked: Our room was over the pub and alley way which was really noisy until 1.00am when the pub closed.The room was at the front of the hotel, so quite a lot of traffic noise, and a market setting up at 6.00am, so didn't get much sleep.I paid £245 for the night, and thought that was extremely high for the quality of room, as it was very tired and run down.

Liked: Great location in the berkhamstead!we had attended the chilfest in Tring, so everything was easy walking distance.was comfortable .Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Old fashioned rooms,no fan or good ventilationNot enough staff to man a busy restuarant for breakfast.45 minutes wait isnt really on.Expensive and not value for money.If above were addressed would have given a better rating.
