Friendly staff dirty room no...

Liked: Food was excellent staff so friendly and smiley
Disliked: The room was dirty the surfaces were all very sticky, the carpet looked like it could do with a good clean and vac. The windows didn’t open and it was extremely hot weather outside so we had no ventilation so it was so uncomfortable to sleep.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great, lots of lovely walks close by to the hotel
Disliked: Shower was on hot and only hot.The kitchen extractor fan (which was right outside my window), started up at around 6:30am in the morning.Breakfast was poor, over cooked eggs, no black pudding, no haggis and no lorne sausage.

Welcoming but wobbly

Liked: Location is good, right in the middle of town. Breakfast (just a little more at reservation) was very good.
Disliked: The room is really small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. And the ceiling slants in so feels even smaller (rm 6) Actually the whole room seems to slant a little

Disliked: noise from beer garden, same girl screeching out loud, took a while to get to sleep

Disliked: The manager was a problem.the staff was not being supported by the manager.
