Disliked: Hotel far too big for my liking, size of the hotel out of touch with the beauty and calmness of the location.No showers by the swimming pool and jacuzzi leaving a layer of sun cream on the water and dirt in the jacuzzi.Two of the three restaurants offer only very basic food such as pizzas, burgers, and all three restaurants have no or only a very limited desert menu.Prior to arrival, when I asked for info on potential trips on the island, I was not given any info but was immediately booked on two expensive trips. When I emailed again, informing them I could only confirm the trips once I had received full info on the trips, I was still not given any info. I was very surprised by this aggressive sales method.

Great family holiday

Liked: Loved the walks, free tours, restaurants and day trip. Spa villa was awesome too. Prompt response from maintenance. Something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Segways were fun.
Disliked: Lack of maintenance of some of the boardwalks and lights. Another choice of restaurant would have been nice.
