Liked: Great hot water and fresh drinking water
Disliked: Hot spar, at the pool. How about opening the end of the shop, for better coffee, and snack food such as quick breakfast for the 4x4.sandwich for picnics. Hot box for there return

Liked: Our room location of overlooking the billabong was great. The ranger’s tour was informative and interesting.
Disliked: The breakfast experience was terrible. There was no cutlery or glassware, the buffet was run down and not replenished and all the tables were full of uncleared dishes. Clearly the main restaurant was severely understaffed and didn’t have enough supplies - and it wasn’t even super busy!! The pool was run down, the pool and restaurant tables overlooking the pool were dirty ans this made the whole place lack ambience and refinement. The main restaurants menu was super basic and not great food. The only dinner restaurant was a little better food but saw they turned away guest after guest as they were booked out. When there is no other option a resort MUST offer guests a decent place to have dinner! We were shocked it was so badly catered for given they know room bookings so far in advance.

Great place to enjoy all...

Liked: How it’s nestled into the landscape. The pool area and lake. Beautiful.
Disliked: The lack of service at breakfast. There wasn’t enough staff to clean and clear the tables. Had to do before could sit down to eat. No cutlery etc.

Liked: Kingfisher bay resort was a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The shower pressure was terrible - I understand it is probably something to do with water saving ect.

Brilliant resort

Liked: Really well organised transfers, great location. Pool and other facilities excellent and all good delicious.We hired a 4wd from AussieTrax and it was great fun!

Resort in a beautiful environment...

Liked: The location is perfect, the transport services are great. The view when waking is exceptional and the activities organised are great.
Disliked: The hotel is very outdated so it feels way to expensive for the quality of the room. The restaurants available on the resort are quite expensive and lack variety. The personal was not always friendly. We were travelling with a young baby and the staff denied to warm up her meal in the micro wave even though she was screaming. We also asked for extra blanket for the baby cot which was very rudimental but they never brought it.

Not at 4 star level...

Liked: Great location on a magnificent island
Disliked: Poor breakfast, not at the level of this type of resort. Dreaful coffee, inclusing the for extra charge « barista one ». Poor bakery/pastry choices. Low quality products in general.
