Liked: Lovely property, cosy rooms and very clean
Disliked: Once we got there the receptionist was quite rude with us when we first got there as our room wasn’t ready and we was deciding what bags to leave , left felt like we was in a rush. We booked the hotel for the infinity pool and it was broken which is perfectly fine but we did the spa in the morning which was okay…

Dissapointing

Disliked: At the point of checking in we were informed (after taking over a thousand pounds off my card) that the pool was shut for unplanned maintanence. I get that these things happen, but it would have been proffestional to inform me of this before charging my card and assuming we would be ok with this. this was not ok, I promptly requested a refund and went to the Hilton
