Dreamy rescue

Liked: We are very grateful for how the staff was super friendly and accommodating and even let us still get a room at 2am, after we had to leave the one we originally booked because it was horrendous and we couldn't stay there anymore. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfy. They even provided us with new towels even though we still had some clean ones. The location is great and in a nice area, near a beautiful park/zoo which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed. I 100% recommend going there, we will most likely book a stay there again!
Disliked: It's not that I don't like it but they could maybe have some clearer signs for directions and WC's inside the hotel. It's a bit tricky finding your room when you need to go to the bathroom or are super tired. But that's just a minor detail :)

Functional. It’s cheap and you...

Liked: Good parking in Golders Green. Bed was good. Cheap and not so cheerful.
Disliked: Room is Ok. Hard to take up luggage up narrow stairwells. Not so clean. Not enough towels. Shower was powerless.

Liked: The staff were great !!
Disliked: Room smelled a little , very outdated !! The area safety wise didn’t feel great was followed down the street the Sunday by someone !!
