Very good

Liked: The room was fine and clean. It’s a few km out of the centre, but there are buses that stop nearby which go to the city centre.
Disliked: There was a bit of noise from other guests in the corridor whixh was quite loud in our room.

Good value for money.

Liked: Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, good location next to the battle monument and main road with easy parking. Comfortable beds and refurbished bathrooms. Good value for money.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Had all the little things that others sometimes lack like hooks in the bathroom and a shelf for wash bags. Two chairs and a desk. Shower was large and very good. Good soundproofing. Comfortable beds.Good breakfast and evening meal. Staff friendly and helpful. Access lift to some of the rooms if you need it. Very good value for money. Parking right outside and good location for our journey home. Right next to Bannockburn visitor centre.

What went wrong

Liked: Returning customer. Spacious room and bed
Disliked: Mould In the bedroom on the wall, disorganised staff in restaurant and bar. Shower dribbled out water so hard to wash hair and shower. Hair dryer not working. Availability of breakfast was poor.

Would consider staying here again.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.Allowed us to stash our motorcycle gear so we could visit the nearby Bannockburn site.Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.Although my view from my bedroom was onto the car park, I could see our motorcycles from it.
