Liked: Located at the city center, very close to main attractions and with good public transport connection. The Bart train station for airport transfer is also very close. The staff is friendly. The room was small but confortable and very clean. Although in the city center there was no noise during the night. It is a great value for money.
Disliked: The breakfast could be a little bit better but it is appreciated that it is free

Staff is nice and helpful...

Liked: The location was good and hotel was quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Also the breakfast was pretty good but need more beverage options like juice. The lobby area was clean. I was also glad that robes were provided in your room.
Disliked: The room was small and the carpet had spots but bedding seemed clean. It was cold and they provide an extra blanket but it was stored in a closet that had a smell to it so didn't want to use the blanket. The bathroom was small including the shower. It only has a shower curtain that barely covers the lip of the shower pan so water leaked all over the bathroom after taking a shower. Also I was on the 5th floor and the elevator quit working so had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs which wasn't very convenient. It was fixed when I left the hotel but my friend who checked out later said it was not working again.

Liked: The location was good and also the room was clean.
Disliked: The room was cold, there was a heater under the window but given that the windows were not sealed enough, the room was still cold.Additionally, it did not have refrigerator. Also, the bed sheets were kind of old and I didn’t feel good.

Good option for the price

Liked: Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient location, good price for what is offered compared to the others in the area.
Disliked: The building itself is old, so the smell of old wood/ carpet is there anyway despite the hotel being very clean.
