Liked: Bed was very comfortable. I liked the area downstairs with billar and games. The attention was really good and the people was friendly.
Disliked: The views from the room. However, it is in downtown and this is normal plus everything is nearby.

Liked: Nice hotel in downtown. Very close to public transport, lots of stores, restaurants around. There are several car rentals right next to the building. We got more than expected. There is a good dinner place across the street that works 24/7
Disliked: Wifi was very unstable.

Great little find

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful and the bar staff very welcoming. The bar and lounge areas were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated providing a relaxing area after a long day. They also provide a water station to refill your reusable water bottle which I really liked. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: The bedroom was a little small (although to be expected in a central city location) and decor a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel, but still very comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to San Francisco.

Liked: Great location, just around the corner of the Union square. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Provided photos give a slightly deceptive impression about the room size (very minimalistic). At least to me they looked larger than they actually are. I also find this hotel too expensive; although it is still reasonably cheap compared to the average price level in San Francisco
