Liked: Dinah welcomed us so nicely, we immediately felt at home, 10 minutes walk from Chinatown!

Liked: Location was Perfect,room clean and comfortable gor a couple of nights,the Hotel it self is staffed by lovely friendly people
Disliked: Nothing,faultless

Liked: Across from good parking garage. Good location. Morning coffee nice staff
Disliked: Rooms small, old carpets, window on 2nd floor not clear glass pane. Noisy no heat control in room

Liked: Close to Uniin Square and our favorite breakfast place
Disliked: No ice machine, had to ask for the refrigerator that did not come the same day we ordered on check in. Asked again the next morning and finally got it. Had to ask for a chain lock for the room as the other one was missing.

Get what you pay for

Liked: Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: The location in downtown SF isn't the cleanest, safe feeling or friendliest place. The rooms are small, fixtures worn and there was dust piled up in certain areas so not thoroughly cleaned.

Never again

Liked: Well what did I think of the Breakfast. First stop advertising breakfast if you only have doughnuts and then run out. Service was horrible.
Disliked: When I asked to speak to a manager before my stay I was hung up on over and over when I tried calling back

Liked: It's location and access to shopping precinct
Disliked: No blind on bathroom windows for privacy.Maybe add breakfast cereals to breakfast menu
