Loved Banff and everything that...
Liked: Location 10 out of 10.
Disliked: Tired and for some reason very hot.We had three fans going to try and cool down the room.

Awful, a rip off and...
Liked: Location was good. Everything else was bad
Disliked: The check in was inefficient as there was no front desk clerk. The frig in the room was set as a freezer.There was only one cup. The TV remote did not work and neither did the TV. For the price paid,this hotel is a rip off and a disgrace.

Liked: The location is right in the centre of town and everything like the station and shuttles are easily accessible. The staff is very helpful. However it is overpriced and the lack of air conditioning can be a deterrent in summer.

Liked: Ideal location & staff helpful
Disliked: however so hot with just a fan & it was to loud to open the window. Very basic & very overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend. Felt quite ripped off as could of easily added a breakfast to make feel more worth the money spent
