Very good

Good stay

Liked: All staff was fantastic. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and Richie was great at helping decorate the table for a birthday meal. The fish tanks are nice. There is an ironing room, and natasha/Natalie and Jerry was really helpful too.
Disliked: The only negative thing was on both mornings the sausages at breakfast wasn't cooked enough to our taste. The rest of breakfast was good and full English is cooked to order not buffet.

A short stay, but room...

Liked: Friendly staff. Good value for money. Our room was in/fact a suite so was handy for storing our bicycles.
Disliked: The outside car park area could put people off when you first arrive. Had read this in previous reviews so was ready.

Liked: Don't be put off by the initial look of the outside of the Hotel, the staff were fantastic, the facilities were great and it really is fantastic value for money. Breakfast is included and it was lovely. I would recommend and will definitely stay there again if ever in the area

Liked: Reception staff so friendly, kind of value for money, but needs improvement
Disliked: They lie about the location, single bed were ragged , paint job not done well , crevices in ceiling,the corridors smells like not been hoovered for donkey years. Restaurant staff there was one rude lady .
