Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.A very warm welcome, and despite being short-staffed, I didn't feel like the service was jeopardised because of it.Good value for money.
Disliked: The only downside was continuous knocking in the morning from numerous housekeepers before our checkout time, despite knowing that we were still there.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel...

Liked: Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily
Disliked: Member of bar staff on first couple of nights was very slow and kept disappearing for a chat

Nice good value for money

Liked: I missed the breakfast due to feeling unwell after the night befores celebration but it looked nice enough room lacked air con which in the hot weather cold of been uncomfortable but otherwise the room was nice if a little bit dated
Disliked: No air con

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff and...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location to where we needed to be, staff were extremely helpful and food was excellent. The exterior and the interior of the hotel could do with some updating, but this is just a personal preference. We would definitely return next time we’re in the area.
Disliked: We did have an unfortunate experience where the fire alarm went off very early in the morning, however the hotel dealt with it extremely quickly and nice to know that the fire system is working well.

Liked: I enjoyed what I had cereal and toast and the friendlies of the staff
Disliked: Noise from water outlet in sink and shower. long walk to room. The shower door sealant was loose
