Liked: Overall facilities, decor, service, cleanliness. Also location not far from Union Station, CN Tower, etc.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a good hot breakfast, and access to some type of food on Sunday morning. Also a real bathtub might be preferred by some guests.

Liked: The room was simply gorgeous, with tasteful fabrics and wallpaper creating a very relaxed atmosphere. Excellent lighting. Super-soft bed with great pillows. Wonderful bathroom. Great WiFi. We loved it.
Disliked: The hotel entrance is tucked away in a rather unsavoury alley. I didn't like that we'd been given a room with a connecting door: someone tried the door in the middle of the night, which disturbed and concerned us. Breakfast is limited and expensive, so we ate elsewhere. But these are relatively minor niggles, and didn't detract from our enjoyment of this lovely hotel.
