Great location, amazing staff and...

Liked: Eduardo who was downstairs was exceptional!! He really went above and beyond!! And the gals at check in were amazing! The staff at the roof top and restaurant were amazing as well. Definitely would stay again!! Thank you

The location was great, but...

Liked: Design solutions and location.
Disliked: The rooms are small. We booked a room with a view of the city, but we received one with a view of the inner courtyard. The staff was unprofessional. We ordered a taxi to the airport, but it never arrived—we waited for half an hour. The roof top bar works till 10 p.m.

Liked: The hotel is very pretty, very well located walking distance to the gothic quarter. The rooftop is beautiful. Safe area. The rooms are very clean and staff attentive and helpful - I would stay again.
Disliked: The food at both restaurants could be better.
