Superb

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar. Good walking access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife in the neighbourhood.
Disliked: Pricey

Disliked: My invoice was wrong. I asked to amend it,but i havent received the invoice yet. When i stayed there,the staffs were so nice, but i am dissappointed their after service..

Will be back!!! It is...

Liked: They are ALWAYS professional and friendly and. go out of the way to be sure we have everything we need - in this case Brandon brought me an Nespresso machine for after dinner coffee so we didn't have to go back out in the pouring rain.
Disliked: Having to check out for an early am meeting - was sleeping good. Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased, found something new I liked, and have not once been disappointed. That says a lot!

Overall I had a lovely...

Liked: Property is on a slightly less busy road, easy to navigate. The staff and valet are wonderful!
Disliked: - felt like the rooms seemed nicer in photos that in reality. There’s some wear and tear to the rooms and cheap fixtures. I also don’t like the ice machine situation of the hotel
