Liked: The location is excellent near shopping areas and not far from main city areas
Disliked: I expect courtesy transport to and from the airport . There no tooth brush or paste and no shaving cream I expect the hotel to provide all personal bath room stuff every two days at least Providing these stuff once even if you stay for few days is not good service

Everything great except breakfast.

Liked: Location is perfect. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff at the front desk very pleasant and kind. Nice big and soft towels in the bathroom. They were very kind and there was a gift toy from the hotel at the welcome for our baby which is a really nice touch.
Disliked: The breakfast is an extreme disappointment. The buffet is very poor and the service we received our first day was unacceptable not only for a 5 star hotel. The waiter made us feel not welcome and we were very eager to leave. The next day I skipped breakfast but my wife went anyway and returned not long after as she said no one noticed her trying to get an order in so she left (it was a Saturday and much busier at breakfast than the previous day by her words so it felt understaffed). The next two days we didn't even bother going even though we paid for it. Also, we were there with a six month old baby and used the stroller a lot. Our room was on the third floor which is ok since there are enough elevators and they are fast, but there is a part of the hallway with 7-8 steps that you need to carry your strollers (with your baby most often) every single time so maybe if you are traveling with a stroller check so they put you in a room where there are no steps to get there.
