The room was fantastic and...

Liked: The service was the fantastic from start to finish. Every team member, especially DJ, was so nice and welcoming. The view of the room I stayed in was fantastic. The in room spa was AMAZING!
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress. The sheets and blankets felt very old and rough. The hotel could seriously step up the comfort game for sleeping arrangements. The price per night did not match the quality of the bed. The parking is FAR too expensive. At the rate paid parking should have been included. The hotel bar service was very slow and the price per drink did not match the lack of quality in the drinks. The service at the downstairs restaurant was non existent. We waited for 15 minutes and not one word was said to our group, so we went next door to the gaslamp breakfast restaurant. The pricing at the restaurant and bar in the hotel was very non competitive with the vast amount of options available in the gaslamp quarter. The daily amenity fee should also not be included. Again, the pricing of the bar and restaurant was far too expensive to charge the additional fee, in fact, we spent a total of an hour at the pool because we wanted better options.
