Liked: Friendly Staff. Accommodating! Nothing less than!
Disliked: Nothing Negative for such a positive environment!

Perfect location, but overall experience...

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect spot to explore the city - everything was within walking distance.
Disliked: Misleading 'Breakfast included' information. $60 daily credit limit was inadequate for 5 people, leading to surprise charges. Poor communication about unused credits and overage fees. To make matters worse, the hotel's payment handling was chaotic - they took a reservation amount 30% higher than it should be (despite part payment via booking.com) AND demanded full payment for the entire stay upfront at check-in. When questioned, the explanation was "credit risk," which seems unjustified given payment was made by credit card. Hotel promised to release the overpayment within 10 business days

Liked: Very nice location , could walk to the beach every day Very dog friendly and clean, the food was great . Lots of amenities available for adults and children Happy hour and s’mores at night , fitness center was sufficient and clean
Disliked: It’s expensive but the staff are phenomenal
