I regret choosing this hotel

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.First, the resort fee was already included in my reservation, yet I was asked to pay it again both at check-in and at check-out. This created unnecessary confusion and left a negative first and last impression.The amenities supposedly covered by the resort fee were also a letdown. Beach chairs were advertised, but there was no one on the beach to provide them. Bicycles were included, but the rental system required SMS verification, which doesn’t work for guests with foreign phone numbers. The “complimentary” bottled water could easily be replaced with a water fountain, which would be both more ecological and convenient.Most importantly, the hotel did not have a proper baby cot available. Instead, we were given a playpen — which we had to assemble ourselves

Well located clean spacious Ft...

Liked: Well located, pet friendly with excellent breakfast and nice view of Ft Lauderdale from the roof top bar. Easy to rent bikes with 2 hrs free just at the hotel entrance. Rooms clean and spacious.
Disliked: Parking 47 usd per day.

Little paradise in Fort Lauderdale

Liked: Fantastic room, very confortable bed, well decorated. Quiet nights. Hotel is small and cute. The front desk lady was wonderful, very helpful and accommodated my needs.
Disliked: Waiter and waitress at the pool bar, not very friendly. Too much tip oriented pushing for more consumption. Cocktails were not very good.

Liked: We really enjoyed the rooftop and the great location. The room was comfortable, though the bed was a bit narrow. The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was great.
Disliked: We booked The room with breakfast but in fact only a limited voucher was provided, which was never enough for 4 people. We always had to pay extra. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but overall great service and very good quality in the restaurant.

Liked: The facilities were wonderful. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast one morning and it was amazing!! The rooftop pool was incredible, very relaxing and unique. Drink and food were good! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was big. Close to the beach, quick walk to the free chairs that were set up already, just had to bring the towels so it made every being super convenient! The beach chairs were located in front of a great restaurant where we had lunch, also easy access bathrooms. The beach was super nice and clean. Great stay, we loved staying here and want to return !!
Disliked: Nothing !

Last stop of our roadtrip

Liked: The location of Kimpton was perfect close to the beach. The room was clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast a la carte which was very good. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Cost of valet parking is pretty expensive, but probably expected in a big city. The hotel offers extra services for which resort fee is charged, like two sunbeds on the beach. Since we were with three, offering three beds would have been nice. The parasol comes at an extra cost.

We would stay here again.

Liked: We only ate breakfast there once but it was very good. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check-in to any and all service staff. Always smiling and always said hello. Everything was very clean. We didn't use the lower pool but the rooftop pool area was fabulous! We used it often. Bar staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping came by daily and took any trash, replaced towels and remade the beds. The beds were a bit soft, but I like to cozy-up, so that was fine with me. P.S. Use Ride Circuit when you need to get around Ft. Lauderdale-they're free!!
Disliked: The flooring in our room was a bit rough. I think it was parquet and it seems like it has been damp at one time as some of the planks were loose and curled up a bit. Not a huge issue, but hopefully they will look into it. We were in 119. Also, there were no facilities to do laundry. I think this is a huge need since they are so close to the beach.
