Liked: The staff was good, the distance to the venue.
Disliked: None.

Would definitely stay again; great location in Cleveland; walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops.

Liked: Cute rooms; staff takes great care of the guests.
Disliked: Mini fridge in our room stopped working - some food went bad.

Liked: 5 min walk to Progressive field for Guardians game. Liked Betts inside the hotel, nice place to grab a drink.Walking distance to many restaurants. Got a king room with city view and walk-in shower, very nice.
Disliked: Had issues with the elevator not working when scanning our key card. Can be a little pricey. Just a warning it can be noisy on the street sometimes but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that and it quiets down decently by late at night.

Great Staff and pretty clean

Liked: Staff was great and vallet parking was nice. The windows opened. Free wine at happy hour was very nice. Lobby was warm and very inviting. It was more clean than other comparable rooms we have stayed at in similar cities.
Disliked: Shower door was on the same side as the 1 nozzle. So you would have to get all the way in then guess at the temperature. And get your hair wet. The TV was small. The doors were really heavy, but seemed to not keep sound out. It was expensive.

Liked: Convenient location for the Rock Hall and the Guardians.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned after the first night of our stay. Since we stayed only 2 nights, we didn't bother telling the manager.
