Would definitely stay again; great location in Cleveland; walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops.

Liked: Cute rooms; staff takes great care of the guests.
Disliked: Mini fridge in our room stopped working - some food went bad.

Liked: Beautiful building, cozy chic lobby, friendly staff, secure, large comfortable room.The lobby, bar & restaurant had a great energy. Nice walk down to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Liked: This hotel has become our go-to in CLE. Excellent location, especially for Guardians and Cavs games. Just steps from some of the best restaurants in the city. Staff is always kind and accommodating. Love it.

Very good

Liked: Loved the facade, the inside decor, and the vibe. The complimentary wine in the lobby was a bonus.
Disliked: The voice of trucks in the alley at night and early morning were very noisy. Sounded like they were dropping dumpsters.
