Would definitely stay again; great location in Cleveland; walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops.

Liked: Cute rooms; staff takes great care of the guests.
Disliked: Mini fridge in our room stopped working - some food went bad.

Disliked: The room had nor been cleaned well. There was trash on the floor in the main area and there was clumps of hair in the shower.

Excellent

Liked: I booked a King Room with a city view. When we went to check in they have given us the Van Gogh Suite which was extra special.
Disliked: The only complaint would be that the mini bar had no options in it. Granted there is a grocery store across the street.
