almost excellent

Liked: rooms were clean and quiet - with dark curtains so was easy to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Disliked: when we arrived there was a problem with the computer system so our checking in took about 30 minutes - which meant we didn't have time to freshen up before our dinner reservation at the restuarant in the hotel. In the room( which was very nice) the pillows were uncomfortabley plump and hard. It would be better to have down pillows or a microfiber pillow.

Liked: I like the central location and the easy access to food and other fun activities
Disliked: I reserved a balcony room, which was more like a patio. There were no cushions on the patio chairs, and the chairs were quite dirty.
