Good, not great.

Liked: Very cool building, the pool was nice. I liked having an actual bathtub in the bathroom. We never had to wait on an elevator. Cookies and lemonade at check-in was nice.
Disliked: The pool only gets morning sun. The pictures on the website are a little misleading as far as sun exposure. There was a stain on the bed sheets when we took the covers back. Housekeeping was prompt when coming to change the sheets, so that was appreciated. One other thing was a hair (most likely pubic) on one of the windowsills.

Overall a nice place but...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly. The shower had great water pressure. The coffee and breakfast were delicious
Disliked: You have no where to park. Valet is 50 dollars. Coffee pot for your room is offered only if you request it. If you prepay for breakfast they put a 25 dollar limit on your breakfast

Liked: The Gym is open 24 hours, very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant with perfect service.
Disliked: You have to order breakfast , one or some of the dishes from menu. And the dish is big, so you can not find a balanced solution for your breakfast. We prefer Sweden table with different options. We were stay 5 nights, we expected bed-lines will be changed during so long staying, but it was not. Also no new soap... The hotel is nice, but clean-room service could to be better.

Top notch customer service

Liked: Hotel was clean, close to main attractions. Staff was superb and very accomodating
Disliked: We booked a 3 night stay but had to leave after first night as we underestimated how loud it would get around the hotel. We are light sleepers plus had a 1 year old baby. Even though it was a no refund reservation, staff still went ahead and refunded our 2 nights stay which was very nice. You don’t find this level of customer service these days.
