Liked: Location and it is so vintage with character
Disliked: Some hallways were a bit too dark.We could hear obnoxious kids in the next room at times. I did call front desk and that seemed to handle the situation. I blame the parents, not the hotel.

Liked: Hotel was ok and good location.
Disliked: Breakfast included in price but we were told to pay extra. Staff was very rude and clearly not liking customers. At the end, after the check out, we were charged 60$ for the services which we did not buy! Rip off - be careful and check charges. We got the money back but it should not be the case

Great location.

Liked: The hotel is directly across the street from the Moore Theater, so it was great being able to just cross the street for our show. The breakfast was good, but it was kind of expensive.
Disliked: Our shower did not work. After 45 minutes of the staff trying to figure out what was wrong with it and what to do about it, we were finally directed to another room to shower. When we asked for a late check out due to the inconvenience, we were first told no, then they relented and gave us 30 extra minutes. What was confusing to me was that they were really going to book the room with a broken shower. Why not let us chill for a while? In the end, they comped a service fee, so there's that.

Liked: The location was great! Mostly everything was walking distance during our trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby is very nice.

Disliked: We were only given a room with 1 bed for 3 people, my son is 10, it worked out ok but would have like to have 2 beds as requested.
