Liked: Comfortable room. Bed comfortable. Quiet, as requested. Nice shower. May need some upgrades in the near future. Friendly, helpful staff. No hotel is more convenient to the international airport. This was our 4th stay.

Disliked: I didn't like being charged more than double the price that I agreed to pay. I agreed to pay $155/night plus $30/night for parking. I was charged $155, $30, $85, $155, $100. After four days, I was slowly credited back $85, $100, and $155. I can only say that I am soooo glad I did not stay longer, because my double charges would have been compounded. What a terrible way for you to treat your customers with their money. Why don't you have an actual bar on the rooftop. I think this would be a much better experience than having the children take your order and the walk-up window. I assume it must be because there is not enough business to support a nice bare?Also, the pool was a disappointment. It would be nice if there was a little patio you could walk onto to get some fresh air directly from the pool area.

Liked: Great hotel close to the airport. Staff were all friendly and professional. Great breakfast options. Enjoyed a dip in the pool.
