Outstanding experience, service, location and...

Liked: Dog friendly and the best hotel for travel with pets.
Disliked: There is a ringing noise from the Aircon vent - someone needs to look at it and repair. Other than that, this is the best hotel chain to use while traveling with pets. We have a 14 year old Labrador and will not travel unless there is a Kimpton available.

Lovely boutique hotel in Cambridge...

Liked: Cleanliness . Restaurant easy to access. Staff very welcoming
Disliked: Room service. Phone did not work in the roomCould not call for any customer service.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Surprise 30 dollar fee to use “amenities” even though we don’t use any. Toilet seat was broken. Handheld shower was broken.
