Comfortable and friendly Hotel in...

Liked: It was fine to stay here for a business trip. The room was clean and pretty good. Every staff was kind and friendly so they made me feel very comfortable. And also their neighborhood was safe!
Disliked: But the inside pool was not bad but under my expectation..!

Liked: Location is great if you like WeHo or Hollywood. But far from downtown though.Newly refurbished place, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The little terrace is a nice add-on. Large minibar in room. Beautiful pool with large and nice outdoor area. Large garage with valet-service. Alternatively, the hotel reimbursed a part of UBeR costs. Beautiful restaurant area.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned daily, unfortunately. The breakfast is also restaurant -style, but the breads were frozen and could not be eaten anymore. The hotel and breakfast are expensive and an extra resort fee of 35 dollars a day is added to the bill, for services that in other hotels are included in the room prize. That’s a bit weird.Staff could really be more friendly, also.

Liked: Great location and wonderful restaurant
Disliked: The phone never worked in room. Even when requesting it be to fixed they never did. They tried to fix it at 11 PM when I reported the problem at 8 AM. There was no TV control in the room and the air conditioner wouldNot work automatically

Disliked: Unhelpful staff who could not help me organise an interview.The concierge made things very embarrassing.I ended up shooting it in my bedroom.This is LA the land of Film!

Disliked: The valet was overwhelmed, events in the lobby, NO COFFEE UNTIL 7am and no coffee maker in rooms. The elevator smelled like a fart. The mattresses aren’t top quality. The room didn’t have a nice smell. Overall. Not luxury

Perfect location & very comfortable...

Liked: The room were well designed, and the bed very comfortable! The location was brilliant. We overall had a wonderful stay. Everyone was super friendly & we really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The bathroom lacked in storage. Very little space to store toiletries and even hang towels. Minor detail but this is the one thing we disliked.
