Liked: Comfortable bed , Quiet room; helpful staff; . We really were pleased with the location. Surprised that there was not free WiFi though. Otherwise perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Would have liked free WiFi. The added amenity fee was not listed on the booking site.

Liked: Nice wine reception in the early evening. The car elevator was fun to learn about. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Prices seem very high in Seattle compared to what we pay in other cities.

Liked: The bed was among the most comfortable I have ever encountered at a hotel. I stayed on the top floor with gorgeous views, peace and quiet and that was lovely. The cleaning people were pros and lovely.
Disliked: The people at the desk were a little odd. I did not feel comfortable in the lobby. The free drinks were not generous, and there was a general air of miserliness. The room was stuffed with food and drinks they wanted you to buy and the whole thing seemed designed to make you buy extra stuff. I think a slightly more " the visitor is always right" attitude would have been nice.
