Liked: (Sorry the didn’t was more on my mind do write it first) My wife wanted decaf coffee and while 1 staff person made accommodation’s and prepared a cup herself the next day a different front desk person was unwilling to do anything to help. The first person even offered a kuerig for our room for addl mornings. Which was very nice … unfortunately the last experience is what I recall. :(
Disliked: (And obviously this was the good)Wine event was a nice touch. Before arriving Communication from staff about early check in was great… once we arrived valet service ppl were friendly and helpful and we received text messages about early check in at 11a which was very nice and appreciated

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: The room for the price. We were able to get a room to fit 6 people for a decent price. Usually we need 2 rooms which really drives up the price
Disliked: The location was right on the edge of a sketchy area. As long as we stayed to the north of the location it was fine but we were told not to walk south.
